ข้อเสนอความร่วมมือ:
ผมขอเสนอความร่วมมือที่ผมจะให้บริการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอระดับมืออาชีพ แลกกับที่พักฟรีในโรงแรมของท่าน ระหว่างการเข้าพักของผมในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 ถึง 14 ตุลาคม ในช่วงเวลานี้ ผมจะขออนุญาตใช้พื้นที่ต่างๆ ของโรงแรมในการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอ
โรงแรมจะได้รับอะไร?
- ภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอระดับมืออาชีพ: ท่านจะได้รับภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอที่มีคุณภาพสูง ซึ่งสามารถนำไปใช้ในโซเชียลมีเดีย เว็บไซต์ แคมเปญโฆษณา และสื่อการตลาดอื่นๆ

เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลง:
- สิทธิ์ในการใช้งาน: ท่านจะได้รับภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอทั้งหมดที่สร้างขึ้นระหว่างการพักของเรา พร้อมสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์อย่างเต็มที่
- เอเจนซี่สต็อก: ในฐานะช่างภาพสต็อก ผมจะนำภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอเหล่านี้ไปเผยแพร่ผ่านเอเจนซี่สต็อกทั่วโลกด้วย เพื่อการนี้ ผมจะต้องขอให้ท่านลงนามในเอกสารยืนยันความเป็นเจ้าของที่พัก ซึ่งระบุว่าท่านได้อนุญาตให้ผมทำการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอในสถานที่ของท่าน และท่านยินยอมให้ใช้เนื้อหานั้นในเชิงพาณิชย์

Dear Hotel Team,
My name is Álvaro González, a professional photographer based in Barcelona, specializing in stock photography. This October, I will be in Thailand to undertake several photography projects, and I am very interested in collaborating with your hotel to create high-quality visual content that can be used by the hotel as well as by global stock agencies.
Collaboration Proposal:
I am proposing a collaboration where I would provide professional photography and video services in exchange for complimentary accommodation at your hotel during my stay in Thailand from October 7th to 14th. During this time, I would need access to various areas of the property to conduct photography and video sessions.
What Does the Hotel Gain?
- Professional Photography and Video: You will receive a wide range of high-quality images and videos that can be used for your social media, website, advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Additional Promotion: By working with models and creating lifestyle scenes, the resulting images and videos will showcase to potential customers what it’s like to stay at your hotel, which can help increase bookings and enhance your online reputation.
Terms and Conditions:
- Usage Rights: You will receive all the images and videos produced during our stay, with full rights for commercial use.
- Stock Agencies: As a stock photographer, I will also use these images and videos for distribution through global stock agencies. For this, I will need you to sign a property release, indicating that you have permitted me to shoot on your premises and that you agree to the commercial use of the content.
This collaboration would allow both of us to benefit: your hotel would gain professional marketing content at no cost, and I would have the opportunity to create valuable stock photography. I am confident that this arrangement can be highly beneficial for both parties, and I am willing to adapt to your specific needs to ensure that the images and videos perfectly reflect your hotel’s identity.
